Job Description
* Identifying and implementing in-house and external training programs within organization.
* Developing and implementing a performance evaluation and management system.
* Conduct a work load assessment program and right person for right job analyis.
* Develop HR as a strategic function within the organization.
* Develop HR initiatives and systems which can be reviewed by the management to process recruitment as per standard operating procedures.
* Ensure timely execution of HR functions as in practise. The incumbent will develop / updated employees assessment systems seeking input/review by all concerned.
* Develop employee's screening and training mechanisms.
