Summary
This is an Executive level position (Female Only). The prospect will be reporting to HR Manager.
Job Description
To assist the HR Manager in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functionsLooking after Recruitment Selection process specifically for IT Professionals Web Developers AndroidIphone Developers Business Developer SEOs etc Conducting Orientation program for new employeesLooking after employee payroll compensation and benefits including statutory deductions Provide support for manpower planning recruitment and selection processPerformance appraisal or evaluation of employeesOrganize and administer staff consultation and grievance proceduresOversee employees disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policiesDevelop and recommend plans and activities to improve on the current HR system and process development
Abilities and Skills
Must have Experience in Software (Web, Mobile Apps) and IT services Industry.
Independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, dependable and able to work independently.
Enjoy working with people in a team.
Be able to stay calm in pressure situations.
Have good spoken and written communication skills.
Be confident about gathering facts and statistics.
Respect the importance of confidentiality, as you will be dealing with employees' personal details.Have good organizing skills.
