Summary

Job Description
1.Direct all activities of assistant Housekeeping Manager and Office Coordinator to ensure communication and follow-up on any problems, guest requests, special requirements, etc.
2.Take phone calls and radio requests from guests, Front Office and Guest Service and direct room attendants and housemen to complete the required tasks, all of which will be kept in a daily log book.
3.Keep record of all lost and found items as needed.
4.Supervise and control the re-supplying of linen closets, amenities, chemicals, linens, terry etc. ,
5.Foster good relations and teamwork with all other departments in the hotel.
6.Strives to always achieve utmost guest satisfaction in any situation.
7.Overall administration of all employees assigned to the Housekeeping Department.

*Excellent organizational traits and excellent interpersonal skills
*Proven customer service skills in a high profile environment preferred
*Proficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, POS Terminal, Club Select, Internet, PBX, Paging, and hotel reservation systems.
